In this episode Jake shares their story of coming out as transgender and going through a gender transition with the support of their Mum, Helen.

This episode shares some of Jake’s recovery journey and their experience with mental health, and includes discussion of topics of gender dysphoria and transition. Discussion of these topics may bring up strong emotions, thoughts or memories for some listeners.
