We Made it to Here
We Made it to Here
Take it 'One Step at a Time' ππ»
Do you know a young person who is having a tough time with their mental health?
We've created this show to help you support them.
It can be difficult to have conversations about mental health. So we've started them for you. On this show you'll hear directly from young people, as well as mental health workers and clinicians, sharing stories, insights and perspectives to help you and your young person.
On this episode we chat through the fourth and final step we've developed to support youth mental health during unpredictable times: 'One step at a time' ππ»
The show is primarily intended to be educational and empowering. However, as is always important with mental health conversations, if you need to pause at any point and reach out for extra support please do. You can call the NSW Mental Health Line 24 hours a day on 1800 011 511.
βWe Made it to Hereβ is part of the Disaster Resilience Program, funded by the Hunter New England, and Central Coast Primary Health Network. It has been produced and delivered collaboratively by Lead by Story and headspace Gosford and Lake Haven.
